NAMI Peer-to-Peer 8-Week Educational Program

NAMI Peer-to-Peer (P2P) is a course for adults who are experiencing or have experienced the challenges of a mental health condition. Participants learn to understand their condition and recovery better. The course consists of eight two-hour classes and includes activities, discussions, and informative videos.

The classes will be on Tuesdays, Oct. 15 – Dec. 3,  7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Verdant Health Commission, 4710 196th St. SW, Lynnwood, WA 98036.
